1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 1tk11 platform and its users. 1tk11 is an online betting and casino service provider that ensures full service in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

3 Age Restrictions

1tk11 places the highest priority on protecting minors. If anyone creates an account while under the age of 21 or provides a false age:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
• The relevant authorities may be notified where applicable.

A request to parents and guardians — keep your account details, passwords, and payment information secure so that minors cannot access this service.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

The full responsibility for the security of each account rests with the respective user. 1tk11 recommends that:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 1tk11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Funds may only be deposited into the account using a method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New users on 1tk11 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met:

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering applies to the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• There is a set time limit for meeting wagering requirements — refer to the terms stated at the time of accepting the bonus.

Other Promotions

1tk11 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are communicated in detail at the time the offer is made. Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 1tk11:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error, 1tk11 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, international sports betting standards are followed. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body.

Live Gaming

When betting on live casino, Andar Bahar, fishing games, and slots, the rules displayed within the game apply. In the event of a disconnection, the result of a game that has already started remains valid.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1tk11 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in arbitrage betting.
• Using any type of fraudulent software, bots, or automated programs.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another person's account.

• Allowing a third party to use your account.

The account of anyone involved in any of the above activities will be closed without notice, and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.
